AHD5 Application

1. Upgrading from previous version

For a short time we will be offering free updates to our customers with AHD4 or AH Deluxe applications purchased within 2012 or any previous users of the AHD5 app from Enfour, Inc.

To activate the discount please go through the following steps:

  • Check your WiFi/3G connectivity is on.
  • Make sure you are installing on the same device as you used the previous app
  • Open your previous app on your device and use for a while with iCloud and WiFi on
  • Download the new AHD5 app.
  • Reboot your device
  • Open the AHD5 app and wait a few moments for it to talk to our servers.
  • App should unlock for you

You will not need to tap on anything after you open the new app. Do not use the "Restore" button

2. Activating the Upgrade on additional devices

If you have purchased AHD5 via in-app purchase (either the AHD4 discount or normal price) you can operate the app on all your devices that are linked to the same iTunes account.

Note: For those redeeming a coupon included in the paper dictionary, only a single device is permitted per coupon.

To activate AHD5 on subsequent devices follow these steps:

  • Check your WiFi/3G connectivity is on and that you have the same iCloud account on and active in all your devices.
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the AHD5 application.
  • Use the new app on the first activated device for a few minutes.
  • Reboot all your devices.
  • Open the AHD5 app and wait a few moments for it to talk to our servers. Don't tap on anything - just wait.
  • The app should open for you.

Do not use the "Restore" option.

3. Retrieving a lost activation code (Coupon Holders)

If you have lost your activation code and still have your coupon, please return to the registration website to retrieve your activation code.

If you have lost of misplaced your coupon or you need to transfer the app to another device, please contact support.

4. I have just updated the application but I am seeing the coupon/in-app purchase page

Enter in your original code (Coupon holders) or for in-app purchasers, click on "Restore" if the price shown is the same as the price when you purchased.
